Danya brings you 25+ years of experience working with speakers, authors, and musicians. Her diverse background in digital marketing, live events, merchandising, and retail allows her to look at all aspects of your business and see the big picture.
After working in social media management for a number of years, Danya and her husband, Jason, launched Red Bird Social in 2014 so that they could help catapult more brands into the digital spotlight. It’s here, she brings her passion for online community, organizational skills, and "get it done" attitude to help to take your business to the next level.
Danya enjoys listening to podcasts & audiobooks and spending time with her 2 teenage sons.
Jason loves helping people. He has spent most of his adult life working with organizations such as Women of Faith and World Vision. The relational and business skills he brings to you have been honed through years spent in merchandising, sales, operations, and customer service.
When he and his wife, Danya, launched Red Bird Social, it opened the door for him to release his entrepreneurial spirit and strengthen small brands. His desires to help you solve your problems on the fly and to see you succeed as you release your own voice to be heard.
Jason is the father of two teenage sons and is proud to be their dad.

She has managed social media for Love and Respect Ministries, FaithGateway, ChurchSource, Study Gateway, and HarperCollins Christian Publishing. You can be next!

Above all else, Stacy is the happy wife of Rodney and mom to a fiery, hilarious, redheaded first-grader, Joshua! She also craves good books, great coffee, and spontaneous adventures.
Leslie has been an integral part of Red Bird Social since day one. She has a heart for people and for years Leslie was made a difference in the world by teaching and working hands-on with a number of faith-based ministries and non-profits.
Now, she continues to make a difference in the lives of others while working with you and your online community. As a community manager, she brings both the relational skills and the research skills to your business, helping you build just the right tribe for your brand.
When not working Leslie has a love of all things English, reading, puzzles, and ancestry research.
A self-proclaimed citizen of the world Ijeoma (IJ) is passionate about helping others pursue their own passions through her work as a Virtual Assistant. IJ is invaluable to the Red Bird Social team with her organization, resourcefulness and creative spirit.
IJ spent years as a professional volleyball player in Europe and is currently living in Denmark where she also is a volleyball coach. She loves to travel, explore, and spend time with her husband.
Abby is a fun-loving copywriter and social media maven who recently moved to Charlotte, NC with her husband, almost-two-year-old son Jayden, and their knock-off Goldendoodle, Izzy.
After spending 7 years gaining marketing and community engagement experience with companies like Sony Music, Lyft and She Reads Truth, Abby now helps brands successfully engage and expand their online platforms and communities through the written word. She loves all things blogging and social media, and believes deeply in their innate power to bring good into the world!
Jesse is a session/touring musician that is based in Franklin, TN. He’s been in studios and on the road for the last 13+ years playing bass and guitar for various worship leaders and artists. He has an undergrad degree in music and a masters degree in business.
He's the audio genius behind Red Bird Social's studio, The Arcade Franklin, the place for audio recording where he offers custom bumper music, engineering and producing of podcasts or other audio recording needs.
When he’s not doing music he loves watching the Seattle Seahawks, going out to good restaurants, and spending time with his beautiful wife. He does have a (not so serious) fashion blog that many followers on Instagram and his mom thinks he’s hilarious.
Wendy has been working in graphic design for 36 years, 2 of which have been with Red Bird Social where she acts as an extension of the brands Red Bird Social represents by getting in the trenches and interacting with our clients, fans, followers, and customers on a regular basis. She has worked in the music industry for 30+ years designing music packages, ads, and more. Although she’s lived in Tennessee for over half of her life, she’s originally from Wisconsin and still bleeds green and gold. Go Pack Go! She’s been married to her husband, Michael for over 20 years and they have 2 children together.
Her favorite food is Mexican, she loves to sew, she’s a cancer survivor (although battling it again), and loves helping her kids with their activities.

Susan is a copywriter, editor, and natural-born Texan who loves working with words in any form. She began her career crafting radio ads and spent thirteen-plus years creating content for Women of Faith and other national tours, editing books and magazines, and tailoring messages to audiences of all kinds.
Susan lives north of Dallas where she spends as much time as possible reading, gardening, singing, and occasionally frightening her two cats by shouting advice at the TV during baking shows (her sport of choice).
Aryn is a book marketing specialist who has worked on campaigns for 100+ books--even some New York Times bestsellers! After 5 years at HarperCollins, she now brings her expertise to any authors and publishers looking to amp up their book launches. Aryn currently resides in Sweden and loves spending her free time with her adorable pup, Zola. Her favorite fook is Pad Thai and a fun fact: she is also a singer! In her spare time she records and releases music.
Elizabeth has spent more than 15 years in the PR industry working in entertainment, publishing, sports, agency and corporate… she even spent several years serving in the Army!
For the past six years, Elizabeth has honed on her passion for building relationships with the media and helping authors spread their messages. She has garnered thousands of media hits for clients on major media outlets like Good Morning America, Today Show, Live! With Kelly & Ryan, Rachael Ray Show and so much more.
Elizabeth is a proud Nashville native and loves to travel, dive deep on mental health and go on adventures with her 7-year-old son, Jax.
