Meet the Team
Danya brings you 23+ years of experience working with speakers, authors and musicians. Her diverse background in digital marketing, live events, merchandising and retail allows her to look at all aspects of your business and see the big picture.
After working in social media management for a number of years, Danya and her husband, Jason, launched Red Bird Social in 2014 so that they could help catapult more brands into the social media spotlight. It’s here, she brings her passion for online community, organizational skills, and "get it done" attitude to help to take your business to the next level.
Danya enjoys listening to podcasts & audio books and spending time with her 2 teenage sons.
Jason loves helping people. He has spent most of his adult life working with organizations such as Women of Faith and World Vision. The relational and business skills he brings to you have been honed through years spent in merchandising, sales, operations, and customer service.
When he and his wife, Danya, launched Red Bird Social, it opened the door for him to release his entrepreneurial spirit and strengthen small brands. His desires to help you solve your problems on the fly and to see you succeed as you release your own voice to be heard.
Jason is the proud father of two teenage sons and is proud to be their dad.
Helping authors, musicians, nonprofits, and small business owners stay focused on what makes them tick while leveraging the power of social media marketing is Stacy’s great passion. She has managed social media for Love and Respect Ministries, FaithGateway, ChurchSource, Study Gateway, and HarperCollins Christian Publishing. You can be next!
She would love to help you develop and execute a strategy around sales funnels, lead generation, and content creation. It's time to tie your social media goals in with your business goals.
Above all else, Stacy is the happy wife of Rodney and mom to a fiery, hilarious, redheaded kindergartener, Joshua! She also craves good books, great coffee, and spontaneous adventures.
Leslie has been an integral part of Red Bird Social since day one. She has a heart for people and for years Leslie was made a difference in the world by teaching and working hands-on with a number of faith-based ministries and non-profits.
Now, she continues to make a difference in the lives of others while working with you and your online community. As a community manager, she brings both the relational skills and the research skills to your business, helping you build just the right tribe for your brand.
When not working Leslie has a love of all things English, reading, puzzles, and ancestry research.
A self-proclaimed citizen of the world Ijeoma (IJ) is passionate about helping others pursue their own passions through her work as a Virtual Assistant. IJ is invaluable to the Red Bird Social team with her organization, resourcefulness and creative spirit.
When not working, IJ doubles as a professional volleyball player in Europe. She loves to travel, explore, and spend time with her husband.
Abby is a fun loving copywriter and social media maven who lives in Franklin, TN with her husband, almost two-year-old son Jayden, and their knock-off Goldendoodle, Izzy.
After spending 7 years gaining marketing and community engagement experience with companies like Sony Music, Lyft and She Reads Truth, Abby now helps brands successfully engage and expand their online platforms and communities through the written word. She loves all things blogging and social media, and believes deeply in their innate power to bring good into the world!
Jesse is a session/touring musician that is based in Franklin, TN. He’s been in studios and on the road for the last 13+ years playing bass and guitar for various worship leaders and artists. He has an undergrad degree in music and a masters degree in business.
He's the audio genius behind Red Bird Social's studio, The Arcade Franklin, the place for audio recording.
When he’s not doing music he loves watching the Seattle Seahawks, going out to good restaurants, and spending time with his beautiful wife. He does have a (not so serious) fashion blog that many follow on Instagram and his mom thinks he’s hilarious.
